Shipping Policy
Free Shipping
Orders ship free to the 48 states in the contiguous U.S. For other destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Shipping Time
The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 2 business days
Shipping time: US: 3-7 days
Shipping Carrier
We prefer FedEx as our carrier due to their faster delivery of desks compared to UPS. The majority of orders are shipped using FedEx Ground, except for large or bulk orders, which are delivered by a freight carrier. Smaller items are usually shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the shipment tracking details. If the provided tracking number does not yield any results on the shipping carrier's website, we kindly ask you to wait for a few hours as the carrier may take some time to update the tracking status. Afterward, please check the tracking information again.

Personalized Delivery
After placing an order, you can take advantage of FedEx's Delivery Manager for certain delivery actions. If you wish to request a specific delivery date or time, please contact us before placing your order. While we will make every effort to arrange your desired delivery preferences, please note that we cannot guarantee that the carrier will be able to accommodate them.

Separate Shipments
As we provide a variety of vendors, it's important to note that different items may be shipped from different warehouses and could arrive on separate days. However, please be aware that all items are expected to arrive within 5-7 business days. In the event that an item in your order is backordered, it will typically be shipped separately at a later time.
