We offer a 30-day NO QUESTIONS ASKED return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email us your request. We will respond within 24 hours on working days. Once the return is approved, we will send you a shipping label within 48 hours.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase and the refunded amount will be the purchase price of the item(s). Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our refund policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
After the 30-day return period, customers may utilize Chairly's product warranty period for repairs if the item is faulty or malfunctioning. Please refer to the manufacturer's product warranty for more details.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on gift cards.
Exchange Processing Flow:
Step 1: Contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, explaining the problem and confirming the solution.
Step 2: Take a picture of the item you shipped and provide the tracking number. The maintenance fee will depend on whether it is within the warranty coverage (please refer to the warranty details).
Step 3: We will confirm the return of the goods and inspect the problem. Please also email us your specific contact details, including name, cell phone number, detailed address, and ZIP code.
Step 4: We will send the repaired goods back to you.
